Straightforward pricing. No surprise work.

These are standard starting labor rates for common services. Existing computers receive a Diagnostic / Pre-Service Assessment before additional work so the condition of the machine is known first.

Know the condition of the machine before work begins.

The assessment establishes the computer's basic condition, verifies the reported problem where applicable, and checks for issues that could affect the requested service. The $50 fee applies whether or not additional repair or service is authorized.

Custom PC builds do not carry a separate assessment fee because initial hardware verification, configuration, and testing are already included in the build labor.

What the listed prices do—and do not—include.

  • Parts and replacement hardware are additional unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Windows licenses and other paid software are not included in labor pricing.
  • Mac and macOS systems are not currently serviced.
  • Drive cloning pricing assumes a source drive suitable for normal cloning; failing drives may require a different approach or referral.
  • Major motherboard work, unusual hardware, severe physical damage, and unusually complex repairs are quoted after assessment.
  • No additional paid work or parts replacement proceeds without customer approval.
